Grace Mae Pullen's Obituary
Grace Mae Pullen, 74, died Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at Culpeper Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born February 11, 1937 in Warrenton to the late Lucian and Eva Cooke.
Mrs. Pullen was a member of the former Calvary Baptist Church which later became New Life Baptist Church where she attended Golden Years every 1st of the month. She loved dancing and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by four children, Wanda Baker, Connie Jenkins and her husband, Donald E., Brenda Brown and her husband, Wayne, and James P. Pullen, Jr. all of Culpeper, two brothers, Eddie and Doug Cooke, both of Culpeper, eight grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Pendleton Pullen, one granddaughter, Christina Jenkins and two great grandchildren, Ryan Wesley Jenkins and Haley Brown.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 2, 2011 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 3, 2011 1 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Rev. Sanford L. Martin officiating.
Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Tony Brown, Mike Brown, Michael Jenkins, Tony Cooke, Shawn Baker and Chandler Jenkins.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the family c/o Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper VA 22701.
