Glenda McConchie Jones' Obituary
Glenda Ann McConchie Jones, 51, of Culpeper died Friday, May 11, 2018 at her home. She was born November 10, 1966 to Glen Walter McConchie and Dorothy “Dottie” Mae Fincham McConchie.
Prior to her retirement, Glenda was a Patient Care Coordinator in the Oncology Department at NOVANT Health UVA Health System Culpeper Medical Center.
Glenda was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents S.H. McConchie and Gladys McConchie; maternal grandparents Robert Fincham and Betty Fincham.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Michael Jones; sister Lorrie Gilman (John); nephews Brandon and Justin; uncles Raymond McConchie and Bobbie Fincham; step daughter Tracie Fadely (Mitch), step son Nicholas Jones; four step grandchildren Jesse, Hannah, Madison, and Brandon.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels.
Interment will follow in Crooked Run Baptist Church Cemetery, 7351 N James Madison Highway, Rapidan, VA 22733.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Glenda’s name to Hospice of the Piedmont, 1200 Sunset Lane, Suite 2320, Culpeper, VA 22701.
