Gladys Marie Spindle's Obituary
Gladys Marie Spindle, 88 of Fredericksburg, passed away Monday December 10, 2012 at Caton-Merchant Assisted Living in Manassas.
Gladys was a member of Fredericksburg United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert S. Spindle.
Gladys is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Dickinson and her husband, D. Dale of Fredericksburg; her special daughter, Dorothy Simms and her husband, Jerry of Spotsylvania County; a sister, Pat Skinner and her husband, John of Locust Grove; a grandson, Robbie Dickinson and his wife, Mandy of Stafford County; two great-grandchildren, John Dale Dickinson and Amy Joy-Marie Dickinson both of Stafford; numerous nieces and nephews; and her cousin, George Harris of Orlando, FL.
Gladys’ family would like to thank the staff and special caregivers at Caton-Merchant Assisted Living for their love and care they gave during her stay.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday December 15, 2012 in Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Ray Farrow officiating.
