Gerard Edmour Roy's Obituary
Gerard Edmour Roy, 75, of Culpeper died Sunday, November 9, 2014 at his residence. He was born October 22, 1939 in Rhode Island to the late Louis and Bertha Vandale Roy.
Gerard served in the US Air Force from August 1957 to August 1961 and later in the Air Force Reserve from August 1961 to August 1963. He also served in the Virginia National Guard from November 1980 to October 1983. Gerard was a member of the Knights of Columbus, PGK, PFN.
He is survived by his wife, Carolita Trotier Roy; one son, Gregory E. Roy and his wife, Jennifer of Aldie, VA; and four grandchildren, Brandon, Samantha, Ella and Lila Roy.
The family will hold a memorial service on Monday, November 17, 2014 at 10:30 am at Precious Blood Catholic Church, 114 E Edmondson St. Culpeper.
Inurnment will follow at Stonewall Memory Gardens in Manassas at 1 pm.
