Geraldine Wilkerson's Obituary
Geraldine Ann Wilkerson, 74, of Spotsylvania, passed away at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Born to the late Robert and Gracie Wilkerson. She was preceded in death by her beloved brother Donald W. Wilkerson. She was a lifelong member of Shady Grove United Methodist Church, an avid Antique and Glass Collector. She loved the Washington Redskins and Nascar driver Tony Stewart. Ms. Wilkerson was employed at Snellings and Minor Wholesale Grocery for over 25 years and went on to retire from Crestar Bank after over 15 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Jackie Ralston, and her husband Prentice; two grandchildren, Lee Ann Darnell and her husband Chris, and Rob Ralston and his wife Melissa; three great-grandsons, Michael and Evan Darnell, and Robert Lee Ralston; a sister in law Mary Ann Wilkerson and a nephew J.R. Wilkerson.
Services will be conducted by the Rev. Jeffrey B. Smith and Pastor Jeff Parsons privately at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mary Washington Hospice, 5012 Southpoint Parkway, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22407.
