So sorry to hear about the passing of Jerry. He was a wonderful man and I am glad that I had the opportunity to know him. I am so glad that Courtney was able to spend so much time with her Grandpa. Whether it was playing card games, playing the Wii with dance competitions (even though he would not let her video it) or reading excerpts from his book. I am thankful that he lived close enough for her to build memories with him. May you find comfort in knowing that he is not suffering any longer. He was a soldier to the end.
