George "Rocky" Vaughan's Obituary
George R. “Rocky” Vaughan, 64, of Spotsylvania County passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 27, 2017 holding the hand of his granddaughter. He is now reunited with his one true love, his wife, Leisa, in eternal life with the Lord.
He was loved by many, a funny little dude, great friend, awesome father, a good buddy, a poet who didn’t know it, a caring papaw, and a great brother. He was always joking and he touched all of our lives in his own way.
Rocky is survived by two daughters, Debbie and Heather; son, George and wife, Tina; four grandchildren, Sara, Reta, Kristen, and Jack; sister, Darnelle Lozito; close family friends, Sasha and Buster; and other loving extended family.
Rocky’s family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, June 30, 2017 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg.
In lieu of flowers, Rocky’s family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to help with funeral expenses. Checks can be made out to Heather Vaughan, and mailed to Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22407.
