George "William" Lee's Obituary
George “William” Lee, 56, of Leon, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2020. He was born in Culpeper to the late Samuel Lee and Mary Frances(Gray) Lee.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Betty Williams Lee; three children, Christopher Jackson, Courtney Lee and Katelyn Lee; two brothers, Clarence Hunter and his wife Sheila and Samuel Lee, Jr.
George is also survived by four grandchildren, Avyonna, Isaac, Jermaine Jr., and Jaylen; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son; Larry Jackson, Jr. and his sister; Sara White.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 12pm with Rev. Lawrence Hutcherson at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Due to COVID mandates, mask are required to enter the building.
Interment will follow in Good Hope Cemetery, 14123 Norman Rd. Culpeper.
