George Alexander Jones Jr.'s Obituary
George Alexander Jones, Jr., 56, of Stafford County passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at Stafford Hospital Center.
George loved family gatherings, and working with his hands. He enjoyed restoring and repairing old cars, and attending car shows.
He is survived by his son, Jeremy and his wife, Jennifer of King George County; his daughter, Amy Thacker of Westmoreland County; three stepsons, a stepdaughter, seven brothers, a sister and numerous nieces and nephews along with a host of other family and friends.
George was preceded in death by his wife, Doneen Jones.
A celebration of George’s life will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Saturday, July 20, 2013 at the Elks Lodge 875, 11309 Tidewater Trail, Fredericksburg, VA 22408.
