George David Isner's Obituary
George David Isner, 78, of Culpeper, passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at Culpeper Medical Center. He was born April 30, 1947 to Dora Viar Isner and the late Edward Junior Isner.
George was a proud veteran of the United States Navy and a devoted football fan. A lifelong supporter of the Washington Commanders, he rarely missed a game and cheered for his team with unmatched passion.
George is survived by his daughter, Rebecca Samuel(John); grandsons, Preston Isner and Christopher Samuel; great granddaughter, Jordyn Samuel; sisters, Rebecca Beach (Gary) and Yvonne Lever (Robbin); and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to his father, George is preceded in death by his son, George David Isner, Jr., and his brother, Keith Isner.
A graveside service will be held at a later date.
