Prayers to the Bowles family!

Mary, Vickie, and 'Mama' Lil, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your brother and uncle and want you to know that you are kept in my prayers and are in my thoughts often. You will all always be like family because you have always been so kind to me.

So sorry for the loss of this Great Man, Great Friend from the day I met him. He was not just a janitor he was the heart and soul of Pearl Sample. He loved those kids, mine included. He set out to help troubled kids by teaching them life lessons and mentoring them and he succeeded time and time again. I saw him in Walmart just a few weeks ago. Always a smile on his face. Chasity and I both loved him. Whenever I would have a bad day he always had words of wisdom at PS. It didn't matter who the Admins were, George Bowles was the constant in all the kids lives for his entire career. He proved you can make a difference no matter what your post was. His love for God was always present. I think God needed some help with Corey Clanagan in Heaven. George believed in Corey as much as I did and I like to think Corey was one of those who met him at the door. Yes, I can picture them up there together watching over this little town of Culpeper and all their loved ones. God Bless. Beverly & Harold Douglas & family.
Mr. Bowles was an inspiration to all of us at Pearl Sample. His smiling face every morning was a great way to start every day. He will be greatly missed! His family is in my thoughts and prayers!
