Gary Alan Maxwell's Obituary
Gary Maxwell, 63, of Spotsylvania County, passed away peacefully Friday, April 4, 2025, at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center.
A native of the Fredericksburg area, Gary attended Stafford High School and after graduation, joined his family in the home construction industry.
In his free time, Gary spent many hours rebuilding his Jeep and fabricating rat rods which were a great joy of his.
In 2019, he met and married his wife, Cindy. Gary also had an immense love for his Yorkie, Myah.
Gary is survived by his wife, Cynthia; brothers, Ronnie Maxwell (Amber), Scott Maxwell, and Chris Maxwell (Jennifer); sister, Rhonda Normandin; sister-in-law, Melissa Yaremchuk (Bill); numerous nieces and nephews; and a large extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronnie and Judy Maxwell.
The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 17, 2025 at Laurel Hill Memorial Park.
