Frederick was a good neighbor and friend. His smiling face and positive attitude will be missed. i enjoyed hearing his stories relating to his love of photography.
Over the years he was a neighbor first to my sister Ruth Martin and her husband Dan on Fishers Island and then to my cousin Lew and Anne Lewis in Silver Springs and then to my daughter Christine and Dave Lambdin in Jeffersonton before moving to Culpeper.
Our lives shared many memories.

We will always cherish the memories of Fred and the love that he had for Betty and his photography. The many times that Betty and I would go shopping or out to lunch, Fred would meet me at the front door and open it wide with the biggest smile on his face and he always had a big hug for me. We would chat about my family or current news happenings before Betty and I would leave the house. He would always kiss Betty and told her he loved her and told us both to have a good time. The photographs that Fred had displayed in their home were beautiful and showed how talented he was. Fred and I shared the love of animals and he was such a good fur daddy to his cat Hemi.
