Franklin Jacob Woodward's Obituary
Franklin Jacob Woodward, 66, of Culpeper died Thursday, October 19, 2006 at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He was born on September 19, 1940 in Fauquier County, VA to the late Jacob Anderson Woodward and Lottie Pearl Peyton Woodward.
Mr. Woodward was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. He enjoyed working in his garden and tending to his flowers but above all was an avid reader.
He is survived by his four siblings, Richard William Woodward and his wife, Viola of Forest, VA, Douglas Eugene Woodward and his wife, Becky of Remington, James Robert Woodward and his wife, Anne of Culpeper, and Shirley Lou Campbell and her husband, William of Culpeper, and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Edward Leroy Jenkins.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 22, 2006 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper VA 22701.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 23, 2006 at 11 a.m. at Fellowship Baptist Church with Pastor Dale Freeman, Pastor Josh Shifflett, and Pastor Teddy Cave officiating.
Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
