Frankie Donnie Breeding's Obituary
Frankie Donnie Breeding, 65, passed away February 11, 2026 at Culpeper Health & Rehab in Culpeper VA. He was born on April 25, 1960.
A proud truck driver for many years who loved motorcycles, the highway was his second home. Frankie’s life was defined by hard work, open roads and a deep appreciation for the rumble of an engine. He found joy in riding and watching the NASCAR races.
He is survived by his sons, Charles Breeding (Kimberly), and James Breeding; grandchildren, Kane, Zachery, Zoey, and Gavin; and one brother; Kentitus Breeding (Karen).
Frankie was preceded in death by his parents, Vince Breeding and Mae Jackson Breeding; brothers, Jim, Ray, Dillard, Derl, Vernal; and sisters, Delphine, Pauline, Janice.
A graveside service will be held at a later date at Breeding Cemetery, Boyd Ridge Rd, in Buchanan County, Davenport, VA.
