I had been acquainted with Allen for many years. He was always friendly and helpful in his business endeavors. He is commended for his many years of service with the Culpeper County Volunter Fire Department and Rescue Squad.
Allen was always there for family, always remember the parties at Carol Ann's & Sammy's we had great time visiting and sharing memories.
Allen was a very modest, community minded person who gave without seeking recognition. Kind, honed person who will be remembered for many contributions to Culpeper.
Rest in Peace to my beautiful Daddy. You will forever be missed.
