Frances Mae Willingham's Obituary
Frances Mae Willingham, 76, of Elkwood, went home to our Lord on Monday, October 11, 2021 at Novant Culpeper Hospital.
Ms. Willingham was born October 21, 1944 in Warrenton to Franklin Lee and Lillie Mae Willingham. Mae enjoyed spending time with her family, telling stories about the old days and watching Westerns on television.
Mae is survived by her siblings, Robert Lee Willingham (Marie), Barbara Ann Twomey, and James Nelson Willingham; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Franklin and Lillie Willingham, and her longtime companion, Bill Johnston.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, October 15, 2021 at Hopewell United Methodist Church Cemetery, 23557 Lignum Rd., Lignum. The family will receive friends one hour prior in the church cemetery.
