Frances Annette Watts Vaughan's Obituary
Frances Annette Watts Vaughan, 63, returned to her heavenly father on November 14, 2022.
Fran was a high spirited, kind person who enjoyed nothing more than being a friend to those in need. Her incredible sense of humor and ability to lighten any mood made her a treasure to those around her.
Fran was a professional hair stylist for over 30 years and enjoyed gardening, music, animals and spending time with family and friends.
Fran is survived by her mother, Margie Watts; her sisters, Joy Watts and Anita Watts; her nephew, Joseph Hebert and other loving extended family and friends.
Fran was preceded in death by her father Franklin Watts and brother David "Bowzer" Kelly.
Her light and laughter will be eternally missed by all who knew her.
A memorial gathering will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, November 21, 2022 at Found and Sons Funeral Home Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Rd., Fredericksburg.
Frans desire to be cremated and have her ashes spread on her fathers grave will be honored.
