Frances Iola Mills' Obituary
Frances I. “Sue” Mills, 86, of Stafford County, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 5, 2022.
Sue was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandma, and great-grandma. She will be deeply missed by many.
Sue leaves behind her husband of 62 years, David R. Mills; two sons, Michael K. Mills and David R. Mills, and his wife, Kim; brother, Amos Shiflett; two granddaughters, Bethany and Brittany Mills; great-granddaughter, Autumn Mills; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Amos and Margaret Shiflett; sister, Audrey Pilkerton; and brother, Kenneth Shiflett.

A memorial gathering honoring Mr. and Mrs. Mills will be held from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Sunday, June 26, 2022 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A joint graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 27, 2022 in Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Road, Triangle, VA 22172.
