Frances Elizabeth Horner's Obituary
Frances Elizabeth Horner, 67, of Rhoadesville died Friday, December 04, 2015 at Culpeper Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born June 9, 1948 in Rappahannock to the late Elijah “Pate” and Alice Smith Tharp.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Lawrence Horner; three sisters, Rosie Wharton, Gladys Williams and Mary Tharp; four brothers, Tom, Harvey, Woody and Jamie Tharp; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, John Emerson Tharp and Charlie “Jake” Tharp.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at 10 to 11 a.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A graveside service will follow in Black Oak Regular Baptist Church Cemetery.
