Foley Butler's Obituary
Foley Butler, 84, of Culpeper died Friday, June 12, 2015 at UVA Culpeper Hospital. He was born October 1, 1930 in Fauquier County to the late Vance and Lucille Wince Butler.
Mr. Butler attended Warrenton Baptist Church. As a hobby he played steel guitar in his family band named “The VA Playboys” and enjoyed riding motorcycles.
He is survived by two brothers, Stephen Butler of Culpeper and Ralph R. Butler and his wife, Ruth of Amissville.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy C. Butler; and one sister, Vivian Nalls.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 3 pm at Hillcrest Memory Gardens with Rev. Sandy Martin officiating.
