Florence McAllister Holt, 70, of Culpeper, VA, passed away on Monday, July 3, 2023. Florence was born on December 27, 1952 to the late Levi and Mary McAllister.
Florence worked numerous jobs throughout the community. She had a loving and caring heart for others, expressing her love through cleaning and lending a helping hand to those in need.
She is survived by her daughters, Paula M. (Sean) Treadway of Culpeper, VA, Hope L. (Tony) Smith of Bay Minette, AL; sister, Betty (Harvey) Hoyt-Clatterbuck of Culpeper, VA; brothers, John (Christine) McAllister of Massillon, OH, William Ervin of Culpeper, VA; grandchildren, Joel “Joey” Blevins, Cherish “Issy” Smith, Honey-Beth Smith; and great-grandchild, Joel Blevins Jr.
The family will receive friends on Friday, July 7, 2023 from 1-2 PM at Found and Sons Funeral Home at 850 Sperryville Pike Culpeper, VA 22701.
A graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Friday, July 7, 2023 at Fairview Cemetery at 822 Sperryville Pike Culpeper, VA 22701 with Pastor Randy Albritton officiating.
