Fernando Velazquez, 49, of Culpeper passed away Friday, August 14, 2020 at University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. He was born September 18, 1970 in Mexico.
Fernando is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Cruz Esquinca and two children; Jared Daniel Velasquez Cruz and Elizabeth Velasquez Cruz.
A graveside service will be held Monday, August 24, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery with Pastor Wilson Flores officiating.
