I am a childhood friend of Denis and feel like I grew up as part of his family, as he did with mine. So Felix will always be "Mr Cioffi" to me as a measure of my respect for him. He always struck me as a wise and gentle man, as well as a true gentleman. He was a good father to Denis and Regina, and a devoted husband to Millie. And he was a great Little League manager to me -- nobody could have made me a good baseball player, but he taught and encouraged me so that I at least became... respectable.

Felix Cioffi was our neighbor for 23 wonderful years in Summerlake. We so enjoyed his company and that of his beloved wife Millie who passed away prior to Felix's death. The Johnson's would often take him Italian food and other foods, baked goods and such. He really enjoyed these things. He would often go with Mary Jean to mass which they both were so devoted to. He loved to play tennis and when he couldn't anymore he loved watching the game. His kids and grandkids meant a lot to him. We will miss him so much! He is with with Millie now. Our prayers go out to his whole family.
