Farrell Lee Payne, Jr.'s Obituary
Farrell Lee Payne, Jr., 68, of Culpeper passed away Thursday, October 26, 2023, at Seven Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing in Lynchburg, VA. He was born March 23, 1955 to Emma Louise Payne and the late Farrell Lee Payne, Sr. in Fauquier County, VA.
In addition to his mother, Farrell is survived by his brothers, Ronnie J. Payne and Timothy C. Payne (Vicky); his nephew, Franco Payne, his niece, Emma Fayne Payne; and a host of additional family and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 30, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery, Rt. 522, Culpeper, VA with Pastor Travis Phillips officiating.
