Evelyn L. Hunnicutt's Obituary
Evelyn L. Hunnicutt, 91, of Culpeper died Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at the Culpeper Baptist Retirement Community. She was born November 9, 1918 in Fauquier County to the late Henry Samuel and Nancy Burgess White.
Evelyn was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and foster parent to many children.
She is survived by six children, John Hunnicutt, Nancy McKnight, Ronnie Hunnicutt, Wayne Hunnicutt, David Hunnicutt and Mary Ann Pearson; four siblings, Ashby White, Jackie White, Helen Mayhugh and Wesley White; eighteen grandchildren, Vicki Hunnicutt-Carter, Debbie Johnson, Leslie Bauer, Bradley Stoll, Terry Mansfield, Helen Hall, Pat McKnight, Renee Savedge, Tracey Hunnicutt, Jeff Hunnicutt, Craig Hunnicutt, Kaden Hunnicutt, Katelyn Hunnicutt, Ryan Hunnicutt, Travis Hunnicutt, Jeremy Pearson, Todd Pearson and Lauren Pearson; and sixteen great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Waverly J. Hunnicutt; five siblings, Margaret Turner, Billy White, Mary Burrows, Gene White and Charles White; and two great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Stonewall Memory Gardens in Manassas, VA with Rev. Sandy Martin officiating.
