Evelyn Rittenour's Obituary
Evelyn Lorraine Rittenour, 83, of Fredericksburg passed away Thursday, January 21, 2010 at Mary Washington Hospital.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Jack Rittenour; six sons, Jack Robert Rittenour and his wife, Mary Ann of Baltimore, MD, Allen Lee Rittenour and his wife, Monique of Ottawa, Canada, John William Rittenour and his wife, Colette of Kansas City, Samuel Matthew Rittenour and James Edward Rittenour and his wife, Beth, all of Fredericksburg and her special son, Samuel Matthew, Jr. Little Sam; two daughters, Anita Louise Kyle and her husband, Kenneth of Baltimore and Virginia Ann Harris and her husband, George of Bel Air, MD; 23 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Evelyn is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Anna Parker and a son, Earl Thomas Belford.
Evelyn’s family will receive friends Sunday, January 24, 2010 from 7:00-9:00 pm and Monday, January 25, 2010 from 7:00-9:00 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel-Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral service celebrating Evelyn’s life will be held Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 2:00 pm at the funeral chapel with the Rev. Wayne Colton officiating. Interment will be held at a later date in Quantico National Cemetery.
