Eugene Carl Scroggins, Jr.'s Obituary
Eugene Carl Scroggins, Jr., 69, of Front Royal died Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at his residence. He was born December 27, 1945 in Flint Hill to the late Eugene Scroggins, Sr. and Susie Burke Scroggins.
He is survived by four children, Linda Stover and her husband, Wayne of Amissville, Carl Scroggins and his wife, Crystal of Rixeyville, Bobby Scroggins and his wife, Tina of Culpeper and Betty Milbourne and her husband, David of Locust Grove; three siblings, Hazel Jeffries and her husband, Richard of Rixeyville, Eleanor Peterson and her husband, George of Jeffersonton and Bill Scroggins and his wife, Gertrude of Northern VA; ten grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Scroggins; and two sisters, Edna Randall and Pauline Scroggins.
The family will receive friends on Monday, December 21, 2015 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel.
Interment will follow in Culpeper National Cemetery with military honors provided by Culpeper VFW Post 2524.
