Etta Bell Jenkins' Obituary
Etta Bell Jenkins, 84, of Sperryville died Sunday, February 12, 2012 at Montvue Nursing Home in Luray. She was born December 11, 1927 to the late Harry and Julia Cooke Clatterbuck.
She is survived by three children, Julia E. Jenkins of Reva, Dorothy “Dot” A. Jenkins and her husband, Charles of Sperryville and Lawrence A. Jenkins and his wife, Sharon of Sperryville, daughter-in-law, Kathy Jenkins of Woodville, four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and special family friend, Patsy J. Jenkins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy R. Jenkins, one son Kent R. Jenkins, two brothers, Benton Clatterbuck and Wade Clatterbuck, one sister, Callie Virginia Foster, and one grandchild, Joshua R. Jenkins.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 16, 2012 from 6 to 8 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 17, 2012 at 11 am at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Pastor Earl Painter officiating.
Interment will follow in Sperryville Cemetery.
