Errell "Buddy" Spangler's Obituary
Errell Conway Spangler, “Buddy” to those that knew him, passed away peacefully at home Sunday, August 13, 2017.
Buddy was a gentle giant with a heart as big as he was. He always had a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye. Buddy was always willing to lend a hand and he never met a stranger. He loved to garden and spend time at the Fredericksburg and Fairfax Gun and Rod Clubs.
Buddy leaves behind his loving partner, Aloha English; three daughters, Deborah Jarrett of Colonial Beach, Rochelle Spangler (April) of Florida, and Julia Marshall (Jim) of West Virginia; four sisters, Jean Ramsey of Florida, Judy Hines of Manassas, Janice Robertson (Jim) and June Campbell (Robbie), all of West Virginia; a brother, John “Pete” Spangler of Florida; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family members and friends.
Buddy’s family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. The funeral service to celebrate his life will begin at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Entombment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, 3702 Loren Drive, Fredericksburg.
