I AM PERRY'S DAUGHER FELICIA SHARON VALENTINE YATES THAT YOU DIDN'T INCLUDE IN YOUR ANNOUNCE AND HIS SON DAVID LEE VALENTINE.WE ARE HIS CHILDREN

Mr. V was a central character in the activities at Buddys Market when he had his car lot there and a friend to my entire family. I will always remember his slow walking, soft talking and big heart. He was so very proud of Brenda, Marsha and his wife. BJ Thomas, Curtis and family.
Sheldon and I lived next door to Perry and Velia on Fitzwater Drive for several years. They were good sharing neighbors as we watched our kids go to school and grow up. I remember Perry riding the Cub Cadet around his well kept lawn. I hope he has one in the here after. Sheldon and Peggy Betterly
Today (11/18/2011) is the day that we celebrate the life of my Father-in-law, Ernest P Valentine and what strikes me on this day is that Perry always desired having his family be together, especially during Holidays. He would find his spot and sit quietly, yet very contently, listening and watching over the various festivities occasionally adding his own yarn or two. Family. So I found it rather fitting that when Perry took his last breath early that Monday morning that he was surrounded by his family.
Well, Perry has left this earth and will be sorely missed, but I’ll bet that right about now he is pulling the top down on that Caddy with a cigar hanging from his mouth, Velia finally by his side heading to some casino to hit yet another jackpot.
Condolences to Brenda, Marsha and Family.
The Thomas family... me, my mother and father, my brother Brian... we all loved your Dad and your Mom, not based on how long or how well we knew them, we just knew we did ...as soon as we met them.
God Bless you Brother Perry
Your neighbor,
Mark
