Elsie Mary Gilliam's Obituary
Elsie Mary Gilliam, 91, of Fredericksburg passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Elsie is survived by a daughter, Patricia Adams and her husband, Donald of Beltsville, MD; two sons, Jesse Gilliam, Jr. of Hyattsville, MD and John T. Gilliam, Sr. of Washington, DC; eight grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Gilliam, Sr. and a daughter, Maureen Brown.
Elsie’s family will receive friends from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. The funeral mass will follow at 10:00 a.m. at St. Jude Catholic Church, 10725 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. Interment will take place at 1:00 p.m. in Quantico National Cemetery, Triangle, VA.
