Elreane S. McDonald's Obituary
Elreane S. (Reanie) McDonald, 71, of Fredericksburg passed away Friday, September 17, 2010 at her home.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Charles H. McDonald; a daughter, Chrystal S. McDonald of Allston, Massachusetts; a son, Michael C. McDonald and his wife, Anne of Northport, New York; three brothers, Jesse Johnson and his wife Cecile of Bronx, New York, Lynhurst Johnson and his wife, Pearl of Teaneck, New Jersey and Sidney Johnson and his wife, Nadine of Portland, Oregon; a sister, Ella (Bootsie) Johnson of Manhattan, New York; a granddaughter, Emma McDonald of Northport, New York and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Friday, September 24, at 11:00am at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels – Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg with Pastor Sidney Johnson officiating. Inurnment will be held Thursday, October 14, at 9:00am in Arlington National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Reanie’s family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the American Cancer Society, c/o Trudy Clifton, 113 Tall Pines Avenue, Locust Grove, VA 22508 or to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 1385, Fredericksburg, VA 22402.
