Elizabeth Louise Hill's Obituary
Elizabeth Louise Hill, 71, of Sperryville died Saturday, November 21, 2009 at her residence. She was born November 30, 1937 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Samuel Shriver and the late Clara Russell Shriver.
Mrs. Hill was employed as a secretary for the National Association of Secondary School Principals. She was a member of the Sperryville Rescue Squad. Mrs. Hill loved animals, gardening, and traveling.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years, William B. Hill. Additional survivors include a son, Robert William Pierson, Jr., three daughters, Beth Reynolds, Bernadette Myers and Geraldine McLeary, a brother, John Shriver, and thirteen grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Teresa Aders.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 from 6-8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at 11 a.m. in the Found and Sons chapel with Rev. Jon Heddleston officiating.
Interment will follow at Culpeper National Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Otway Hill, John Shriver, Robert Pierson, Berry Hill, William Meredith
