Elizabeth Ann Myers' Obituary
Elizabeth Ann Ellington Myers, 64, of Elkwood, VA went home to be with the Lord after a courageous battle with breast cancer on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at her daughter’s residence. She was born May 25, 1952 in Neurenburg, Germany to the late Earl and Eleanor Berry Ellington.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Myers; two children, Sherri Lynn Settle and her husband, Stacey of New Smyrna Beach, FL and Karen Myers and her husband, Jeff Windbush of Elkwood, VA; three siblings, George Ellington of Salinas, CA, Earl Ellington of Stafford, VA and Eddie Ellington of Unionville, VA.
Additional survivors include four grandchildren, Brian Jenkins and Marissa Settle, both of Virginia Beach, VA, and Destine Windbush and Diamond Windbush, both of Elkwood, VA; and one great granddaughter, Tierney Quarles of Virginia Beach, VA.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Doris Feaganes; and one grandson, Brandon Windbush.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Culpeper with Rev. Reese Washington officiating.
Interment will follow in Hopewell United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Douglas Myers, Dylan Myers, Shawn Coles, George Ratliff, Scott Botham and Robbie Utz.
