Elizabeth H. Hiatt's Obituary
Elizabeth Harrison Hiatt, 85, of Culpeper died Friday, July 2, 2010 at Culpeper Regional Hospital. She was born May 28, 1925 in Fauquier to the late Walter and Anna Fisher Neese.
She is survived by her two children, Debra Lee Becker and her boyfriend, Brian Black of Fredericksburg, Cathy Tinder of Culpeper, two sisters, Virginia “Jinks” Moore of Sterling, Edna Jenkins of Georgia, and seven grandchildren, Michelle Marsh Ibraham and her husband, Zach, Judy Gordon and her husband, James, Danna Brian Simonsen and his wife, Barbara, Ronnie Robey and his wife, Stephanie, Brian Robey and his wife, Susan, Terry Robey and his wife, Janet and Joshua Robey and his girlfriend, Meagan.
Additional survivors include her great grandchildren, A.J., Krystal, G, Alyssa, Danaka, Sabrina, Kayla, Jenna, Carolyn and Isabelle.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Roland Lee Tinder, her second husband, Wincel Eugene Hiatt, her daughter, Virginia Carolyn Robey, her son, Roy Lynn Tinder, her great grandson, Jeffrey Conward, and seven siblings.
The family will receive friends on Monday, July 5, 2010 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Quantico National Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Brian Black, Brian Simonsen, Joshua Robey, James Gordon, David Holloway and Tom Jones.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd St., New York, NY 10016.
