Elizabeth Ann Grigsby's Obituary
Elizabeth Ann Grigsby, 58, of Culpeper died on Sunday, June 16, 2013 at the University of Virginia Medical Center. She was born February 2, 1955 in Warren County, VA to Ralph and Goldie Fox Hawkins.
Elizabeth was a fun loving mother, wife, grandmother and great grandmother. She took great joy in helping everyone and loved to work in her garden and help work on vehicles. No matter what was going on you could never keep her down.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Kenneth Grigsby, three children; Loretta Lantinga and her husband, Billy of Reva, Tony Fincham of Culpeper and Michael Fincham and his wife, Penny of Nellysford, VA; her siblings, Laura Mae Grigsby of Nelson, Retha Pullen and her husband, Scott of Rixeyville, Cleveland Hawkins and his wife, Sally of Amissville, Ralph Hawkins of Rixeyville and Jerry Hawkins of Rixeyville; eleven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Susie Marie Harris and Wilma Lee Boyer.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 20, 2013 from 6 to 8 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 21, 2013 at 1 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Pastor Lee Brown officiating.
Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Anthony Hawkins, Aaron Hawkins, Charles Burke, Bruce Grigsby, Junior Casterline, Charlie Taylor and Billy Lantinga.
Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Culpeper is serving the family.
