Elizabeth Jane Gleason's Obituary
Elizabeth Jane (Betty) Gleason, 85, of Fredericksburg passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at her home.
Betty enjoyed living her retirement at Summerlake.
She is survived by two daughters, Marie Smith and her husband, Dan and Denise Ward and her husband, Bill, all of Fredericksburg; two sons, Michael Gleason of Fredericksburg and Kevin Gleason of North Carolina; and was Nana to nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Betty’s family will receive friends from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at Wilderness Baptist Church with the funeral service to be held at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Amos W. Healy, Jr. officiating. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 8, 2013 in Columbia Gardens, Arlington, VA.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Alzheimer’s Association, 2217 Princess Anne Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401.
