Eleanor Battenfeld's Obituary
Eleanor Mary Battenfeld, 83, of Fredericksburg died Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at Wilburn Gardens.
She was born in Maryland to the late Henry and Lena Lentz.
Eleanor is survived by her son, Carl Battenfeld and his wife, Judy; two grandchildren, Bryan Battenfeld and his wife, Jeanette and Steve Battenfeld and his wife, Erica; three great grandchildren, Jacob, Jessica and Nathan; a sister, Dorothy Phillips and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George A. Battenfeld.
Services will be private.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Mt. Ararat Baptist Church Building Fund, 65 Toluca Road, Stafford, VA 22554.
