Elaine Ruth Lyles Webb's Obituary
Elaine Ruth Lyles Webb, 70, of Charlottesville, VA died Monday, December 6, 2021 at the University of Virginia Medical Center. She was born May 4, 1951 in Springfield, VA to the late James and Ida Lyles.
Elaine was a generous woman with her time, her talent, and with anything she possessed. She ‘adopted’ many children over the years and was known for her welcoming hugs and delicious meals. She was a woman that loved fiercely and lived on purpose each day. Elaine never forgot a birthday, you could count on a card with her beautiful wax seals knowing you were thought of, and celebrated.
Elaine is survived by her husband of 53 years, David Webb, her daughter, Kimberly Elaine Webb, siblings; David Larry Lyles (Barbara), James Thomas Lyles, April Parks (Dana), and John Andrew Lyles, nieces; Sarah Pembleton (Ronnie), and Jessica Watts (Hunter), nephew; James Lyles, and grandniece, Autumn Pembleton. She is also survived by many grandchildren from her adopted babies and additional family members.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701.
A funeral service will be held Friday, December 17, 2021 at 12:00 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, Culpeper, VA with Pastor Kimberly Webb officiating. The family would like to invite those unable to attend to join via live stream at

Interment will follow at Culpeper National Cemetery, 305 US Avenue, Culpeper, VA 22701.
