Elaine Miller Houser Rowley's Obituary
Elaine Miller Houser Rowley, 77, of Fredericksburg passed away Sunday, August 5, 2018 at her home.
She had a lifelong love of teaching and enjoyed cross stitching.
Elaine is survived by her husband of 55 years, David Rowley; two children, Steven Rowley of Texas, and Margaret Woodfin (Robert) of Fisherville; brother, Conrad Houser (Gloria) of Utah; four grandchildren, David, Bobby, Joshua, and Micah; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Marion Houser.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Christ Lutheran Church, 1300 Augustine Avenue, Fredericksburg, VA.
In lieu of flowers, Elaine’s family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Empowerhouse, P.O. Box 1007, Fredericksburg, VA 22402.
