Edwin Shannon's Obituary
Edwin Leo Shannon, USN (Ret) 86 of Bristow, Virginia died Thursday, June 12, 2008 at Prince William Hospital.
He was a member of All Saints Catholic Church and the Lions Club in Fairfax.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Dorothy Shannon, his son, Jim Shannon and his wife Olga of Bristow, and his grandson, Christopher Shannon.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at 10:00 a.m at All Saints Catholic Church 9300 Stonewall Road Manassas, Virginia with Fr. Bob Cilinski officiating. Interment will take place at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery with full military honors.
