Earline Frances Settle, 77, of Culpeper died Friday, April 11, 2014 at Autumn Care of Madison. She was born February 11, 1937 to the late Reuben and Beatrice Smith Breeden.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 21, 2014 at 2 pm at Fairview Cemetery.
