Earl Thomas Tharp's Obituary
Earl Thomas Tharp, 76, of Culpeper died Monday, September 12, 2011 at Culpeper Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born August 14, 1935 in Amissville to the late Earl H. and Elizabeth Tharp.
He is survived by two brothers, Charles Tharp of Warrenton and Edward Tharp of Myrtle Beach, and two sisters, Ethel Stringfellow of Bealeton and Josephine Mann of Pennsylvania. in addition numerous neices nephews and cousins. Also two close friends Ivan and Joyce Sisk.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Lillian Lee.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 16, 2011 at 12 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper with Pastor Ellis Mullins officiating. A one hour visitation will be held prior to the service.
Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.
