Earl Matthew Collins' Obituary
Earl Matthew “Curly” Collins, 57, of Spotsylvania, VA passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021. He formerly resided in Kings Mountain, NC where most knew him as Tiny.
Curly leaves behind to cherish his memories, the love of his life, Barbara Markham; stepchildren, Racheal Markham and Burgundy Markham; sister, Donna Collins-Irving and her husband, Jerry; aunt, Mary Ellen Strickland; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was a loving father to many as well as close family friends that were like family and a deep love for all his fur babies.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest “Gene” Collins, Sr. and Carol Collins-Niemann; stepson, Samuel Markham; his brother, Ernie Collins; his grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Curly loved his Dallas Cowboys, riding four wheelers and motorcycles, and cherished all the time he spent with family and his dear friends.
Curly’s family will receive friends from 3:00-4:00 p.m. Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. The funeral service will follow at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
