Dustin Lee Theis, infant child, died Monday, November 29, 2010 at Culpeper Regional Hospital.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 6, 2010 at 5 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper.
