Dorothy Margaret Williams' Obituary
Dorothy Margaret Williams, 88, of Culpeper died Sunday, October 28, 2012 at her residence. She was born February 6, 1924 in Woodville, VA to the late Luther and Dolly Carter Wayland.
Dorothy was a very special lady and was always full of life. She grew up enjoying the outdoors and tending to her garden. She had many friends who predeceased her and many who are still living. Dorothy will be remembered as someone who was always there for others and was a wonderful aunt and mother to many.
She is survived by her sister, Annie Poe of Cary, NC and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband who passed away at an early age, George Doyle, her second husband, John Williams, three siblings, Elsie Eaheart, Lester Ashby Wayland and Chester Thomas Wayland, and very special brother-in-law and sister-in-law whom she was very close, Paul and Eileen Williams.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 2, 2012 at 2 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, with Rev. Ron Young officiating.
Inurnment will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the charity of your choice.
