Dorothy E. Monroe's Obituary
Dorothy E. Monroe, 93, of Fredericksburg, VA passed away Saturday, May 6, 2023 at the Woodmont Center. She was born May 20, 1929 in Virginia to the late Henry and Martha Edwards.
Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Judy Marie Rowland; grandson, Jon Layman; anD grandchildren, Julie Marie Layman and Stephen Layman.
In addition to her parents, Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband, Horace Hamilton Monroe and her grandson, Stephen Neil Layman.
Services will be private.
