Dorothy Kelley McWaters' Obituary
Dorothy Kelley McWaters, 92, of Culpeper died Sunday, February 24, 2019 at the Adler Center for Caring in Aldie, VA. She was born March 25, 1926 in Rappahannock to the late Charles and Ruth Bolen Kelley.
She is survived by two children, Carl T. McWaters, Jr. (Mary) of Annapolis, MD, and Robin M. Allen of Culpeper; one sister, Judy Schoniwitz (Cecil) of Culpeper; two grandchildren, Joshua Allen (Johanna) of Rixeyville, and Megan McWaters of Los Angeles, CA; and three great grandchildren, Elishah, Jase and Bryse.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Theodore McWaters; and five brothers.
Services will be private.
