Donna Sue Hartsook's Obituary
Donna Sue Hartsook, 75, of Rapidan, died Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at Novant Health System UVA Culpeper Hospital. She was born August 30, 1948, in Kingsport, TN to the late Ernest Scott Hensley and Pauline Greer.
Donna is survived by her children, Lora Dodson, Robert Hartsook, and Leslie Donaldson; nine grandchildren, Jimmie Tate, Destany Hull, David Dodson, III, Emilee Grace Hartsook, Adriana Hicks, Shannon, Bridget, Caleb, Eric and Makayla; five great-grandchildren, Cheyenne McKenzie, Rylee Gauge, Devin Robert, Faith Noel, and Neveah Baylee; and a host of cousins, relative and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Lee Hartsook; two daughters, Melissa and Lisa; and one brother, Jimmie Hensley.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA with Pastor Charles Shifflett officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Interment will follow at New Life Baptist Church Cemetery, 12302 Alum Springs Rd, Culpeper, VA 22701. Pallbearers will be Jimmie Tate, David Dodson III, Destany Hull, Robert Hartsook, Mark Dodson, Chris Breeden, Raven Rose, and Reggie White.
